1. Courts are for Kelly Plantation Owners and their accompanied guests, ONLY.
2.  Non Owner individuals or groups are not allowed to reserve or use court time.
3. Courts should be reserved by an Owner on the HOA Website 24 hours in advance. Same day play should also be reserved by the Owner on the HOA website as soon as determined.  Owner must be present during play.
4. Owners may reserve one court per 120 minutes and are allowed up to three guests per time slot. A family unit may reserve a maximum of 2 courts for family unit play only.
5. Play is limited to a maximum of 4 players on the court at one time, with at least one being the Owner, with the only exceptions being group lesson play or a single family unit of more than 4 players.
6. Courts may be reserved by the Kelly Tennis Committee for Owner Group functions simultaneously using different Owner reservations. At least one Owner must be present for each court utilized.  A Kelly Tennis Committee Owner Group qualifies by having at least one Owner for every 4 players on the Owner Group team.  The Owner Group must apply for designated reservation times through the Kelly Tennis Committee in order have the privileges as an Owner Group.   This requirement is for purposes of allowing the Kelly Tennis Committee and the Kelly Plantation HOA to maximize play for all Owners of the Kelly Plantation HOA.   Practice sessions for school-affiliated teams are considered an Owner Group under these rules when a coach and at least one team member guest is present.  The number of courts allowed for Owner Group play is based on the following due to different levels of Owner demand during the day:
   • 8 am til 6 pm:   Maximum of 4 courts except designated League play may use 5 courts on Match days only.
   • 6 pm til 10 pm:  Maximum of 3 courts
7. Group lesson play for Owners is limited to 3 courts at any time and must be reserved using 3 different Owner reservations. Play is limited to a maximum of 12 players on the 3 courts at one time with at least one owner on each court.   Group lesson instructors must be registered with the Kelly Tennis Committee and HOA.
8. Proper attire, to include shirt, must be worn at all times. No loud music allowed at any time.
9. Appropriate tennis shoes required and no hard sole shoes are allowed.
10. Courts must be brushed and lines brushed after each use.  All trash and balls must be removed after play.
11. For energy conservation, please turn court lights off when finished.
12. Courts are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. No trespassing or after hour use allowed.
13. Owner Identification must be provided upon request.
